In the early seventies holiday farm "De Hoogewaard" started out as a mini campsite within the scope of "rural camping" and started letting holiday cottages. "Boerderij" was the first group accommodation to be established, later on followed by "Oostwaard's". Of course, camping in groups is still possible in our camping orchard with its playful day room "Boer-en-Bont". Or individually after consultation with us! Member of VeKabo Nederland.

“De Waarderij” and the reception room and patio are located in the front part of the farm. Here you will also find our Tourist Information corner. You can start your stay at "De Hoogewaard" in the bar with beer tap and cosy tables and you can say goodbye there as well. "De Waarderij" is also the starting and finishing point of our day packages.

Holiday cottages

There are 5 unique detached cottages on the grounds of holiday farm “De Hoogewaard”: 3 stone houses, a chalet and a log cabin. They will really get you into a holiday mood: sloping roofs, lots of windows and characteristic interior design: each cottage its own colour scheme. Each cottage contains:

	an open kitchen with a gas cooking ring and cooker hood, refrigerator, coffee-maker, combination oven and a full inventory
	living room with a sitting/dining area, audio, colour television (cable), gas heater
	1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with single and double beds with duvets
	bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet

The blue cottage (2-4 persons)

A bright and colourful interior design with lots of blues and whites. Cosy furniture and multi-pane windows provide a holiday atmosphere. A romantic bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with a bath. A small garden with a sunny patio, a barbecue and a shed.

Kom-es-An
The pink cottage (2-6 persons)

Unique and cosy design with lots of pinks and whites. Sunny with lots of windows. Bedroom with double bed divided by curtains from a corner bunk bed (2 singles) and a double sofa bed in the living room. A sheltered patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, a small lawn and garden and a shed. Apart from the gas heater, the cottage also has central heating; therefore the cottage is also comfortably heated in the wintertime.

Kijk-er-uit
The red cottage (2-6 persons)

A modern and attractively decorated log cabin with many reds and 3 separate bedrooms: 1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed (2 singles) and 1 x corner bunk bed (2 singles). The fenced off garden is very pleasant to sit in, both on the lawn and on the patio with garden furniture, barbecue and shed. The cabin has central heating and is therefore also comfortably heated in the wintertime.

Karrewiel
The turquoise cottage (2-6 persons)

Unique and attractively furnished cottage with lots of sea blues, black-and-whites and containing a cartwheel window. This cottage has one double-bedded bedroom, a small room with a bunk bed (2 singles) and a double sofa bed in the living room. A large patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, borders, trees, shrubs and a view of a pasture. It also has a shed.
